Namaz prayer time to do this bla bla bla bla sometimes creates a return not only to obtain because it is recommended by the great man as God's way to worthful But again, if you are fond of these things deffinetely help you to meet God.
I would say it tends to be more effective if it is less ritualized. Try stopped sitting in silence for a moment and asked God to reveal itself to you.
I do not think THT have all these rituals, can sense a man of God and receive from God. our duty in relation to spirituality is a human being and follow your heart. a man must do everything necessary in life [, the heart feels wtever] life is to live to the fullest, and the weight we have and with the aim of the things that we do not speak to thank [I, not from material things and not end has].
